Raging Raccon is a local multiplayer mobile game prototype, made in my second semester at university under the supervision of Tobias Kreter. Made in Unity and Aseprite.
A raccoon broke into your apartment and tries to steal your food. As Player 1, you have to catch them before there is nothing left to steal!
Meanwhile as Player 2, you are playing as the raccoon. Your children are starving, desperate for food, your only chance is to break into the apartment to snatch the delicious smelling food and bring them back home. But pay attention to not get caught by the other player!

When opening the app, the main menu is booted up, the scene loads upon pressing start. The screen is split in two. Player 1 on the right side of the screen and Player 2 on the left side of the screen. Player 1 starts the game in front of the door, meanwhile Player 2 spawns on the balcony of the apartment. Both characters can be controlled through the joystick placed on their side of the screen.
The game ends after one player wins. Player 1 has to catch Player 2 before they win. In order for Player 2 to be the winner of the game, they have to collect two snack items and bring them back to the tree stump in the garden, one at a time.
At the start of the game, the available snack items will spawn randomly on their fixed positions to make the game more interesting, as well as for replayability purposes!
Both players have the possibility to pick up the trap lying in the office room. It can be picked up by walking into it and can be placed anywhere in the apartment. If you get close to the trap, you have the option to activate it. After the trap has been activated, you have a few seconds to leave the range of the trap, now if any player gets close to the trap, they will be stunned for a few seconds.
